Our Quality Assurance Procedures
The
typical translation speed per translator per day is 6,000¡«10,000
Chinese characters (equivalent to 3,000¡«5,000 English words,
depending on task difficulty). If lead time permits, only one
translator will be assigned to one order. For large and pressing
orders, we will organize dedicated project teams led by our
Chief Translator. The Chief Translator, with many years¡¯ experience
in translation service, will be responsible for teamwork coordination
to insure consistent high quality. When translation is completed,
the Chief Translator, translation team and proofreaders will
be responsible for overall proofreading.
Our
free trial translation service is available upon request to
give customers some ideal of our service quality. Upon customers¡¯
satisfaction with our trial work, we will proceed with formal
translation.
We
recruit translators in strict compliance with our assessment
and selection procedures. Each of our translators must hold
diplomas and certificates, have at least 3 years¡¯ translation
experience, get good results in our aptitude test and assessment
and sign confidentiality agreement with us. For each order,
only the most appropriate translator with corresponding industrial
and technical background will be assigned to every order so
as to insure the best quality.
During
translation, our translators will at all times keep in touch
with customers to promptly understand their requests and answer
any other questions they may have.
After
translation, we welcome feedback from our customers to continuously
improve our service quality and maintain long-term cooperation
with our customers.
